We are seeking a proactive, organized individual to work on a variety of accounts for all types of media in the financial, education, healthcare and retail industries. Must be detail-oriented and able to work on multiple projects at once.The Media Assistant position consists of clerical duties tied to billing and media, preparation of media presentations using Microsoft Office and research projects. You will assist in executing television and radio media plans by trafficking ads, as well as tracking campaign performance and optimization. You will assist Associate Media Director and Media Buyers/Planners. Once skilled in this position, you will be taught media planning/buying (television and radio).

General requirements: Pursuing or accomplished a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or Communications. Must by internet savvy and have experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Knowledge of planning and research tools (Strata, MRI, Kantar, Core, etc.) helpful.




We need someone with experience working in an advertising agency environment. Direct Response Television experience is definitely a plus. We seek someone that is highly organized, motivated and an effective communicator both in writing and in person. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple client relationships and assuring that their needs are met on time and within budget.
